What an exciting week it has been in school! On Wednesday, we had a visit from the 'Wonderdome' which was set up in the school hall and created an immersive space themed experience which was enjoyed by children in Nursery, Reception, Year 2, Year 5 and The Hive. We also had a visit from the cycling team, who worked on cycling skills with some of our Year 5 children.

We also hosted a videographer who has been working with us to produce a school film. It was a privilege to spend time with him visiting classes and seeing some of the wonderful learning going on in the classrooms in addition to some of the super opportunities our children have in school. Just to name a few, in one day, this included: a range of music lessons such as ukuleles, violins and glockenspiels, baking, orienteering, forest school, the Young Voices choir, cycling and the         Wonderdome! I was extremely proud of all our children for showing off their impeccable behaviour and manners, and particularly some of our oldest children who were able to talk to the camera about our school. We can't wait to share the finished film with you!

A reminder that next Wednesday and Thursday are our parents' evenings. If you haven't already done so, please make an appointment to see your child's teacher, who will tell you how they have settled into their new class and give you the chance to ask any questions you may have. If you are unable to make an appointment on these nights, please contact your child's teacher via Dojo to   arrange an alternative day and time.

There are lots of events coming up in school over the next couple of months, please see below for some of the details.
